AgeingAsia.org
AgeingAsia.org is an initiative of HelpAge International network members in East Asia and Pacific to facilitate greater information sharing among individuals and organisations committed to improving the lives of older people. It is coordinated by HelpAge International’s East Asia and Pacific Regional Office. This website has received financial support from the European Union.

About East Asia and Pacific Regional Office
The Asia Pacific region is at the forefront of population ageing. The number of older people is expected to triple by 2050 to 1.26 billion. At this point, one in every four people will be over the age of 60. HelpAge International’s East Asia and the Pacific Regional Office seeks to use innovative and collaborative approaches to effectively respond to the challenges older people face.

To find out more about ageing in the region, visit the Ageing in East Asia page or see individual country profiles. To find out about current projects, visit the profiles of network members.
