This charter of recommendations emerged from the Global Coalition of Social Protection Floors meeting at New Delhi, India (27-29th January, 2016).
Twenty-five representatives from five different regions came together to talk with each other, to exchange best practices, to converse on the dilemmas and the difficulties faced in their respective countries and regions, in terms of human development, in terms of social protection floors’ availabilities, government performance on the same and the issue of democracies, gender justice, rights, and survival when in conflict.
