WHO Western Pacific Region Partners’ Forum
1่ July 2019 - 3่ July 2019
For the first time, WHO’s Western Pacific Region will host an online Partners’ Forum 1-3 July 2019 to collaborate on ideas for delivering better health in the Region.
The Western Pacific Region is changing rapidly. Unprecedented economic growth, migration and urbaniหation in the Western Pacific Region have created opportunities, but there are also many new health challenges. Effective partnerships, both within and beyond the health sector, will be pivotal in achieving the Regions’ goals for the next five years.
Across three days, the Partners’ Forum will engage civil society, WHO Collaborating Centres, academia, philanthropic foundations, the private sector and other partners in discussion on how to best deliver on the White Paper and make a positive impact on public health across the Region.
The Forum is open to all individuals and organisations who wish to collaborate with WHO on public health in the Western Pacific. Registration closes on 26 June 2019.
