DESCRIPTION:ASEM Expert Forum on Human Rights of Older Persons\nDate: 15-16 June 2016\nLocation: Seoul\, South Korea \n \nThe ASEM Expert Forum on Human Rights of Older Persons will be held in follow-up to the ASEM Conference on Global Ageing and Human Rights of Older Persons which was held in October\, 2015 after the approval at the 10th ASEM Summit. \nAt the ASEM Conference\, 300 people from 43 nations participated to share exemplary cases in diverse fields related to human rights of older persons and to discuss cooperative measures. The participants agreed on the need for a forum for public discussion on human rights of older persons at the ASEM level and continued discussion on human rights of older persons.
