Nominations are now open for older people in the Philippines who improve the lives of others.
The top ten outstanding elderly will be recognised at a ceremony in Manila on 6 October 2013 attended by top government officials and public figures.
Anyone over the age of 60 who has worked to improve the lives of others is able to nominated for this honour.
