The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is organizing a Regional Expert Consultation on Long-term Care of Older Persons, 9-10 December 2014, in Bangkok, Thailand. The Consultation is being organized in the context of a project implemented in partnership with the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China, and builds upon the outcomes of the Asia-Pacific Expert Group Meeting on Long-Term Care held in Shanghai in December 2013.
