The course “Designing and Implementing Social Transfer Programmes” will be held once again this year from 5-16 October 2015, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This dynamic two-week course aims at providing policy makers, government officials and practitioners with an in depth understanding of the conceptual and practical issues involved in the development of social transfer programmes.
HelpAge works together with the Economic Policy Research Institute (EPRI) to offer this course in partnership with UNU-Maastrict and the Institute of Development Studies.
